Hi, I’m Ryan Robitaille a certified personal trainer and running coach with a passion for helping people push past their limits and discover what they’re truly capable of.

My journey started with a love for strength training and running, two practices that shaped not only my fitness but my outlook on life. Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how consistent training, the right guidance, and a supportive coach can transform not just the body, but confidence, resilience, and overall well-being.

I work with clients of all levels—from those lacing up for their first 5K to experienced runners chasing new PRs, as well as anyone looking to build strength, move better, and feel stronger in their everyday life. My approach combines personalized strength training with smart, sustainable running plans designed to improve performance, prevent injuries, and fit seamlessly into your lifestyle.

What sets my coaching apart is balance: I don’t believe in quick fixes or cookie-cutter programs. Instead, I focus on building long-term strength, endurance, and habits that will support your goals for years to come.
